So it's been almost two weeks since you mentioned that you were starting to feel the effects. How are you feeling now?
When you're not walking are you standing or do you go back to sitting?
It's still feeling great. Hit this 75 mile mark this week.
I try to walk 5 miles a day on average so when I'm not walking I'm usually away from the desk. I took my desk apart and only have a chair to use with no computer. This ensures I use the chair only rarely.
